Construction of an Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Precision Training System for College Students' Sports Skills

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the application of AI-based precision training systems in college physical education has gradually attracted widespread attention. The rapid rise of information technology means that humanity has entered a modern information society. As institutions of higher learning, it is necessary to actively respond to the current trend of information-based education, firmly grasp the opportunities of information-based education, and comprehensively apply information technology to all aspects of teaching while meeting the challenges of technology-enabled education in various disciplines. This paper aims to construct an artificial intelligence-assisted college student sports skills precision training system. By analysing the shortcomings of current sports training, a system that integrates data collection, analysis and feedback is designed. Advanced machine learning and data mining techniques are used to provide precise guidance for individual differences in students, thereby improving training results. The effectiveness of the system in improving students'sports skills is verified through case studies. The research in this paper is instructive for the smooth development of technology-empowered college sports work and has theoretical significance for improving students' comprehensive quality.
