Display Method of Data Driven Decision System Based on BI Analysis
In response to the decision-making problem of enterprises lacking effective data analysis support in complex market environments, this article introduces a data-driven decision-making system based on Business Intelligence (BI) analysis, aiming to improve decision-making efficiency and accuracy. This article constructs a comprehensive BI decision support platform by integrating historical data cleaning, market trend analysis, and real-time monitoring modules. This article takes a manufacturing company as an example to demonstrate the practical application of a data-driven decision-making system based on BI analysis. Firstly, the BI system cleans and analyzes the company's historical sales data to identify market demand patterns. Then, the system generates demand forecasts for the next few months through cross analysis of multidimensional data and market trend prediction models. Finally, the system monitors supply chain management in real-time, provides data visualization warning functions, and generates alternative solutions in a timely manner when problems such as supplier delivery delays occur, reducing the risk of production downtime. The results show that the system integrates multi-source data to generate dynamic visual reports, enabling management to monitor key business indicators in real time, quickly adjust operational strategies, and significantly improve decision-making efficiency and accuracy. The decision-making time of the management has been significantly reduced, with an average reduction of 24 % to 27 %. This article explores how to integrate multi-source data into a unified platform by constructing a BI analysis model, providing managers with real-time and intuitive data analysis results, and helping enterprises gain advantages in the fiercely competitive market.
