Research on Intelligent Data Processing Model of Electric Power Customer Service Center Based on Decision Tree and Visualization Technology

This paper discusses an intelligent data processing model of electric power customer service center that integrates decision tree algorithm and visualization technology. The model aims to improve the response speed and service quality of customer service personnel by automatically analyzing customer feedback, fault reports and work order data. The model first preprocesses, cleans and standardizes the original data, then uses the decision tree algorithm to classify the problems and automatically allocates service resources according to the urgency. The visualization module of the model intuitively displays the data analysis results, providing decision makers with a clear service status and trend analysis. Simulation experiments show that the model has significant advantages in improving processing efficiency and customer satisfaction. The experimental results show that after the model is applied, the data processing efficiency is improved by about 35%, the customer problem solving time is reduced by 20%, and the service response accuracy is improved by about 25%. This study provides an effective data processing and decision support tool for the electric power customer service center.
