Design and Analysis of Seed Dispensers with Eye Type
This paper discusses a multi-functional micro-agricultural machine, the components of which include key parts such as the drive system, soil-turning device, seeding device, and soil preparation components. This study particularly focuses on the discrete element simulation for constructing the red bean seed model and setting the contact material parameters, including the discrete element simulation to establish the red bean seed model, and the comparison study of the sixth-order intrinsic frequency of the seeding wheel with the operating frequency. It was found that the red bean seeds fall at a reasonable rate and the seeding wheel operates at a frequency of 50 Hz below the first order intrinsic frequency of 242.06 Hz and there is no danger of resonance. Based on these analyses, this study successfully designed a micro-agricultural machine with excellent performance after several field experiments.
