Modeling and Simulation Analysis of the Motion Characteristics of Conductive Rolling Ring
The conductive rolling ring is a new type of electrical contact transmission device. The conductive rolling ring changes the sliding electrical contact of the conductive slip ring into a rolling electrical contact, and contacts the inner and outer conductive rings through a flexible ring to form a rolling electrical contact friction pair. It has the technical characteristics of multi-flexible ring parallel transmission, electrical contact rolling friction, and large electrical contact area. With the advantages of high transmission power, low contact resistance, fatigue resistance and long life, it has become the best way to meet the electrical transmission needs of spacecraft. This paper designs the rolling kinematic parameters, motion adaptive design and anti-fatigue design of the flexible ring, and conducts kinematic simulation verification, providing an important reference for the engineering label of the conductive rolling ring core flexible ring.
