Impact Use CrossFit training CrossFit of Some physical variables for female boxers

The study aims to identify the impact of CrossFit training on certain physical variables among female boxing athletes. This was achieved by examining how CrossFit training affects specific physical components. The researchers employed the experimental method using a two-group experimental design (an experimental group and a control group), applying pre- and post-measurements for both groups. The study population consisted of female boxing athletes from Al-Heikstep Club and Al-Gezira Youth Center, aged between 15 and 18 years, who were officially registered with the Egyptian Boxing Federation for the 2023/2024 season, totaling 28 athletes. A purposive sample of 20 athletes was selected and randomly divided into two equal and equivalent groups, each consisting of 10 athletes. An exploratory sample of 8 athletes from the same population but outside the main sample was also used. The most important findings of the study indicated that the use of CrossFit training had a significant and effective impact on improving the targeted physical variables among the female boxing athletes under investigation
