Intelligent Detection System Design for Tile Surface Flatness Based on Laser Ranging and Automatic Lifting Mechanism
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, large manual error, and unstandardized data recording in the quality inspection process of small and medium-sized ceramic tile manufacturers, this paper designs an intelligent system for detecting tile surface flatness based on laser ranging and automatic lifting mechanism. The system, centered on the Holtek BM53A367A microcontroller, integrates laser sensing, temperature and humidity monitoring, and multi-point dial gauge synchronization. It enables automatic positioning and measurement of ceramic tiles, and completes data analysis and grade evaluation through the LabVIEW platform. Experimental results show that the system achieves a measurement accuracy of $\pm 0.1 \mathrm{~mm}$ with high efficiency and strong stability, making it suitable for application in small and medium-sized enterprises.
