The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, bivariate analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results: Among the research subjects, 69.6% regularly participated in health screening, 20.5% irregularly participated in health screening, and 9.9% never participated in health screening. Variables associated with participation in health screening are age, marital status, location, religion, education level, monthly income, employment status, limitation of social activity, flu vaccination, and smoking. Conclusions: Policies and programs to promote participation in health screening need to develop with consideration of various factors including demographic and socioeconomic characteristics and variables of health status and health behaviors.
