The features of municipal land control under the conditions of a moratorium on inspections

The article presents the methods of implementing municipal land control in order to comply with land legislation on the use and operation of land in the city of Moscow. Current political conditions have made changes to the functioning of this system - the moratorium on municipal land control was introduced. Therefore, municipal land control bodies have to apply new methods of monitoring possible violations in the current situation.
