ANALYSIS OF BREAK-EVEN POINT OF PALM SUGAR IN TANJUNG BETUNG VILLAGE, KAUR DISTRICT, BENGKULU PROVINCE

This study aims to analyze the palm sugar business in Tanjung Betung Village, Kaur Utara District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. To find out what problems are faced by the palm sugar business in Tanjung Betung Village, Kaur Utara District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. This research has been carried out on the palm sugar business in Tanjung Betung Village, Kaur Utara District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. This research was conducted in December 2024 - March 2025. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn: Based on the break-even point of palm sugar in Tanjung Betung Village with an R/C Ratio of 1.74, the palm sugar business is feasible to run. The problems faced by palm sugar entrepreneurs are faced by palm sugar entrepreneurs are 1). Internal problems which include: a. for the sustainability of the palm sugar business, b. quantity of palm sugar 2). External problems, namely: a. Raw materials b. Fluctuating market demand c. lack of facilities d. Unstable weather.
