Toward Standardized Microscale Tensile Testing for Two‐Photon Polymerization‐Fabricated Materials in Liquid

Two-Photon Polymerization In article number 2500228, Wei Gao, Ruiguo Yang, and co-workers introduce a two-photon polymerization (TPP) fabricated structure array for high throughput microscale tensile testing. Pooling the mechanical property data extracted from tensile testing enables the study of how these properties are influenced by printing parameters. This work builds a foundation towards a standardized tensile testing framework for TPP printed structures in liquid.

Abstract

Two-Photon Polymerization In article number 2500228, Wei Gao, Ruiguo Yang, and co-workers introduce a two-photon polymerization (TPP) fabricated structure array for high throughput microscale tensile testing. Pooling the mechanical property data extracted from tensile testing enables the study of how these properties are influenced by printing parameters. This work builds a foundation towards a standardized tensile testing framework for TPP printed structures in liquid.
