Optimization of the cost of leasing formwork using the NIF method taking into account the labor consumption of the monolithic element

<ns3:p>Construction formwork for monolithic works, due to their technological specificity, is divided into traditional – made of wood sawn timber, and system – delivered in the form of unified elements. The essence of calculating the rental of system forms is to determine the required time of their stay on the work front, during assembly, technological standstill (concrete mix binding process) and dismantling. The cost calculation of traditional forms, apart from the time of their assembly and disassembly, during which the costs of human labour are incurred, treats the above principle in a different way: wooden formwork material, purchased as a non-renewable resource, is treated in it at the purchase price – with standard recovery, and not at the cost of labour. This article attempts to conduct an optimization analysis of the costs of leasing system formwork using the proprietary NIF (no idle formwork) research method. It is an extension of the classic parallel-stream methods – with continuous use of production means (no idle) and with uninterrupted work on the work front (no wait). For the research purposes, selected structural elements of a sports hall building with a monolithic „foot-column” structure were used</ns3:p>
