Magnetic field effect on laser-induced white emission of graphene foam

Significant enhancement of the laser-induced white emission of graphene foam was observed with an applied magnetic field strength. The emission intensity decreased with distance from a neodymium magnet according to the inverse square law. This effect was explained in terms of the magnetic field's enhancement of graphene ionization.

Abstract

Significant enhancement of the laser-induced white emission of graphene foam was observed with an applied magnetic field strength. The emission intensity decreased with distance from a neodymium magnet according to the inverse square law. This effect was explained in terms of the magnetic field's enhancement of graphene ionization.
