Diversified strategies are adopted in teaching methods, combined with group cooperative learning and individual counseling, to build a diversified evaluation system and create a supportive education management environment. The research proves that these strategies are effective, which can fully tap students' potential intelligence, stimulate their learning motivation and creativity, and cultivate their autonomous learning ability and sense of social responsibility, which is very important for the development of middle school students. However, there are some shortcomings in the study, such as limited samples, subjective and error methods and short time span. Future research can expand the sample range, optimize the research methods, extend the research time, strengthen interdisciplinary research and promote the practical application of the results, so as to improve the personalized education management system and provide more effective support for the personalized development of middle school students.
