Abstract

The article examines the restoration of resource status in representatives of rational and intuitive personality types during multi-genre therapy. The main focus was on the author's methodology, which integrated elements of psychology, body practices, aesthetics, music, and movement to achieve maximum effect.Empirical and theoretical research methods were used to achieve the objectives.Empirical methods included observation, experimentation, surveys, and questionnaires to collect data on the behavior of participants in multi-genre therapy, their emotional state, and their ability to recover.Theoretical methods, such as analysis, synthesis, and systematization, helped to form the concept of rational and intuitive personality types, identify their characteristics, and develop recommendations for optimizing therapeutic techniques.During the study, the reactions of participants representing rational and intuitive personality types to various elements of multi-genre therapy were compared.Participants were divided into two groups according to their personality characteristics.Music therapy, art therapy, body practices, and physical activity were used during the therapeutic sessions.Representatives of the rational personality type demonstrated a structured and controlled response to therapeutic elements, analyzed the situation, evaluated the effectiveness of each method, and systematized their impressions.During music therapy, they discussed the impact of specific melodies on their emotional state and identified elements that contributed to their recovery, revealing a tendency toward self-reflection.In contrast, intuitive personalities showed greater emotionality and spontaneity, succumbing to experiences without always analyzing them, but directly feeling and expressing their emotions. In art therapy, they improvised in creative expressions, which led to deep emotional experiences and moments of "insight," remaining open to new impressions and expressing thoughts and feelings without prior reflection. The influence of multi-genre stimuli on both groups of participants had a positive effect on their emotional state and ability to recover: music, movement, and creativity contributed to reducing stress levels, improving mood, and overall wellbeing.Participants of both personality types noted an increase in energy levels and ISSN (rint) 2708-7530 8(62) 20251142 motivation to continue working on themselves. The results obtained emphasized the importance of adapting therapeutic approaches to the specific characteristics of different personality types. It was recommended to individualize the methods, taking into account the advantages of rational personalities in structured approaches and logical analysis, as well as the spontaneity and emotional openness of intuitive personalities. For rational participants, it was advisable to include more analytical tasks and structured discussions after therapeutic sessions, while for intuitive participants, it was advisable to create opportunities for improvisation and experimentation without rigid frameworks.
