Voice Control Home Automatic System for the Elderly or Disabled People

Home automatic is said to be individual of the fastest developing industries nowadays, and is changing the face of how people live. Luxury seekers and persons with special needs, including the elderly and disabled, find comfort solutions personalized to their needs. The wireless home automation system offers central control over appliances around the household, such as lightings, fans, air cooler, TVs, Thermal security cameras, automatic doors, computers, and audial/visible, as a complete monitoring control system. Such engineered systems contain lightweight designs, simple installation, and wireless control. Such makes compatibility and easy integration. Users can turn appliances on/off, monitor sensors, and make good decisions based on information relayed by the sensors. The system is constructed for ease of installation, easy configuration, run, and maintenance. Industry leaders in speech recognition project that voice is soon going to become the preferred interface between humans and machines. Towards overcoming the challenges of mobility presented by elders and disables while further supporting those who live alone, a voice-controlled home automation system has been designed. This is a new innovative solution wherein home automation is controlled with voice commands, thus excluding the aspect of physical mobility. Experts in speech recognition predict that voice will be the future most important human-machine interface. To assist elderly, disabled, or lone residents, a voice-controlled home automation system with a handheld remote has been developed, promoting independence, convenience, and user-friendly control.
