Fault analysis and maintenance strategy optimization of static equipment
Static equipment is a critical component in gas storage facilities, ensuring stable operation during alternating gas injection and withdrawal. Currently, maintenance strategies for static equipment primarily rely on post-failure and time-based maintenance, leading to issues of both under- and over-maintenance. To optimize these strategies and minimize unplanned downtime, this study analyzes historical fault data and applies the FMECA method to identify weaknesses in the existing maintenance framework. Furthermore, by assessing the service life of components with evident damage cycles and incorporating real operating conditions, optimized maintenance intervals are proposed. This approach aims to enhance the scientific basis of maintenance planning, improve the reliability of repairable components, and strengthen the overall integrity of static equipment management.
