Precise control strategy for AFT desulfurization device based on mathematical drive
It is crucial to achieve efficient and stable operation of AFT desulfurization devices in order to meet the increasingly stringent environmental emission requirements in industrial fields such as coal-fired power plants. This study proposes a precise control method that integrates dynamic data mining techniques with mathematical models. By collecting real-time operational data from the device, applying dynamic data mining techniques to extract key feature variables, and establishing a mathematical model that accurately describes the dynamic relationship between desulfurization efficiency and operating parameters. Based on this model, an optimization control strategy was developed. Experimental verification shows that compared with traditional PID control algorithms, this strategy significantly improves the stability of emission indicators, increases control accuracy by $12.28 \%$, and annual savings of 1.521 million yuan. This method provides an effective technical solution for the intelligent and precise control of industrial desulfurization processes.
