Intelligent Monitoring and Management System for Livestock Health with IoT and Beidou Dual-Satellites Fusion
In recent years, the scale of animal husbandry farming in China has been continuously upgraded, and large-scale livestock breeding industries require more scientific and standardized monitoring systems. This paper studies and designs an intelligent livestock health monitoring system integrating IoT and the BeiDou dual-star. By constructing an intelligent animal husbandry IoT platform, the system realizes functions including real-time and precise monitoring of cattle body temperature, multi-mode positioning, boundary crossing warning, anti-disassembly alarm, and dynamic display on the background. Practice has proved that the system has a significant effect on the monitorability, controllability, and convenient protection of cattle herds, effectively reducing breeding risks and operational workload. It yields both economic and social benefits, with its technological application conforming to the national strategic orientation of “Rural Revitalization”, thus facilitating the transformation and upgrading of the intelligent animal husbandry industry.
