Suboptimal frequency steady state control method for wind power generation
As the proportion of renewable energy increases, wind power integration brings significant challenges to the frequency stability of power system. Aiming at the frequency fluctuation caused by high wind power penetration in the national electricity market, this paper proposes a solution based on suboptimal operation strategy. Through the establishment of wind power storage joint scheduling model, the frequency response characteristics of the system under different permeability are analyzed, and the effectiveness of the proposed method in reducing frequency deviation and improving grid robustness is verified. The simulation results show that the strategy can reduce the frequency fluctuation by more than $30 \%$ while ensuring the economy, and provide theoretical support for the stable operation of high proportion renewable energy power system.
