A Method for Node Element Process of Equipment in Substation Monitoring Systems

This paper presents a method of node element process of equipment in substation monitoring systems. First, the main nodes and elements of the monitoring system equipment are extracted, and the logic model of the system mechanism is constructed in XML format. Secondly, based on the model, the function of extracting and triggering the monitoring elements of the equipment is fulfilled. Lastly, the function of recording and uploading CIM/E format logs in the equipment is achieved. By the method, real-time state monitoring and log uploading oriented to the node state of the substation monitoring system can be achieved. As a result, the device’s sensing ability is strengthened, and more comprehensive and general data support is possible for scheduling equipment operation and maintenance in the substation.
