Prescribed Performance Fault-Tolerant Control for Hypersonic Vehicles: Simulation and Analysis
This paper conducts simulations and analyses of prescribed performance fault-tolerant control for hypersonic vehicles. Firstly, mathematical models for actuator saturation, efficiency loss, bias, and stuck faults are established. Subsequent simulations are conducted under each fault scenarios employing the prescribed performance control (PPC) methodology. Secondly, the fault-tolerant capabilities of PPC against different faults modes and its inherent fragility issue are analyzed. Finally, theoretical approaches for non-fragile PPC design are prospectively discussed. The findings can provide relevant references and guidelines for the prescribed performance fault-tolerant control research.
