Modeling and Simulation of Unmanned Systems
How to adapt modeling and simulation to the strong call and urgent needs of military practice, develop usable and user-friendly unmanned system models, simulation systems, and equipment for military use, and serve real military practice, is a major issue that military simulation experts and scholars need to face seriously. Due to the fact that unmanned systems include land-based unmanned systems, sea-based unmanned systems, air-based unmanned systems, and space-based unmanned systems, this paper will conduct panoramic and framed research and analysis on the key and difficult technologies of unmanned system modeling and simulation from the following aspects: modeling and simulation technology of unmanned aerial vehicle systems; modeling and simulation techniques for unmanned ship/boat systems; modeling and simulation technology for unmanned vehicle systems; modeling and simulation technology for space-based unmanned systems; unmanned group/SoS modeling and simulation technology, etc. Finally, the paper presents several conclusions and suggestions for constructing unmanned simulation systems, models, and developing practical unmanned equipment.
