Dual-Channel Resolver Winding Design and Accuracy Optimization
The signal winding structure is the core influencing factor for the accuracy of the resolver, according to the structural characteristics of the dual-channel resolver, the design of a suitable signal output winding can significantly improve the position detection accuracy of the dual-channel resolvera。 In this paper, the design of common magnetic circuit dual-channel resolver windings is studied. Firstly, in order to explore the influence of different winding structures on the performance of resolvers for coarse channels, the specific winding coordination methods are given by comparing the harmonic distortion rates, which provides a reference for the selection of coarse channel winding forms. Secondly, for the fine channel, the winding structure is designed with the electrical error as the evaluation criterion, and the resolver with good accuracy is obtained. On this basis, the chutes is designed on the rotor side to optimize the structure and further improve the accuracy.
