Research on Database System Design of RFID Tag System for Smart Library

This study conducts in-depth research on the RFID tag system database of smart library, aiming to solve the shortcomings of traditional library management and improve the efficiency of book management and user experience. In terms of database design, a complete system from conceptual design to physical design is carefully constructed. Through the E-R model, entities and relationships are clarified, reasonable table structure is designed, and data integrity and consistency are guaranteed; at the same time, the storage structure selection and index design are in line with system requirements. An innovative RFID tag data optimization algorithm based on the improved ant colony algorithm is proposed, and an adaptive pheromone update strategy and dynamic adjustment of the heuristic function weight are introduced to enhance the flexibility and convergence speed of the algorithm. The experiment is carried out in the constructed software and hardware environment, and multiple groups of comparative experiments are carried out using data sets simulating the real business of the library. The results show that the improved algorithm has significantly improved data accuracy, with an accuracy rate of up to 95 %, which is a significant improvement compared to the 80 % of the traditional algorithm; in terms of data processing efficiency, the processing time is shortened by about 30 %. The visualization results intuitively show the excellent performance of the algorithm in data optimization, providing strong support for the performance optimization of the RFID tag system of the smart library.
