Research on Fault Characteristics Analysis and Feature Extraction of Circuit Breaker Based on Current Vibration Signal
DC circuit breaker is the core protective equipment of DC traction power supply system, which is crucial for the safe and stable operation of DC power supply system. This article takes the mechanical structure of DC traction circuit breakers as the starting point and conducts experimental research on mechanical fault simulation of circuit breakers. Select the current and vibration signals of the opening and closing coils as monitoring physical quantities, and study their mechanical fault mechanisms and feature extraction methods. Build a mechanical fault simulation experimental platform for DC circuit breakers to simulate common and typical mechanical faults. Collecting coil current and vibration signals under different faults for feature extraction and conducting fault mechanism analysis, providing theoretical support for mechanical fault diagnosis of low-voltage DC circuit breakers.
