A Multi-Stage Resilience Enhancing Method for Distribution Systems Considering Multi-Resource Collaborative Allocation
In recent years, the frequent occurrence of extreme events has severely impacted society, making it crucial to enhance the resilience of distribution networks to better respond to such events. To this end, A multi-stage resilience enhancing method is proposed for distribution systems considering multi-resource collaborative allocation. During the planning stage, the locations and quantities of distributed generation, manual switches, and remotely controllable switches are optimized. In the pre-incident prevention stage, network reconfiguration is performed using remotely controllable and manual switches to prevent potential faults. In the degradation stage, the fault-affected area is determined based on fault state propagation. Finally, in the post-incident isolation and restoration stage, remotely controllable switches are used to isolate faults while coordinating with distributed generation to restore partial loads. The proposed method considers the relationship between optimal resource allocation and multi-stage recovery processes, achieving effective resource allocation. Its effectiveness is verified through the IEEE 33-bus standard test system.
