Target Falsifying: An Effective Way to Mislead SAR Reconnaissance
Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) enables all-weather/day-night operation with high-resolution imaging and penetration capabilities, making it highly effective for reconnaissance missions. These attributes however pose significant threats to critical asset protection. Consequently, counter-SAR techniques that degrade imaging fidelity have garnered substantial research attention - crucial for enhancing military survivability and advancing electronic warfare information security. This paper presents a deception jamming methodology to manipulate target signatures in SAR imagery. By analytically modeling the target falsification mechanism and generating phase-coherent interference signals, we demonstrate controlled morphological alterations of protected assets. Experimental validation confirms operational efficacy, providing a robust counter-reconnaissance solution for high-value target protection.
