Study on Adaptive Detection Index of UAV Professional Pilots
To study the adaptability testing indicators and thresholds for professional drone pilots, this paper first preliminarily selects 32 adaptability indicators for professional drone pilots through literature review; then, using the Delphi questionnaire method, we need to conduct three rounds of expert surveys to further determine 9 adaptability testing indicators for professional drone pilots. Subsequently, 50 professional drone pilots are randomly sampled, and based on their historical test scores, they are categorized into three levels: excellent, good, and poor. Experiments are conducted, and the significance of the test indicators is analyzed. The results show that finger dexterity, manipulation ability, spatial perception, visual-motor coordination, speed estimation, action stability, and complex reaction time exhibit significant differences. Ultimately, through both subjective and objective methods, 7 adaptability testing indicators for professional drone pilots are determined. The research findings can provide a basis for establishing standards for the adaptability of professional drone pilots.
