Research on Wind Speed Calculation of Wind Turbines Based on Multi-Sensor Fusion
In response to the increasing size of wind turbines and the higher requirements for wind speed measurement accuracy, the methods for wind speed measurement have evolved from single sensors to multiple sensors and from mechanical types to diverse technologies such as ultrasonic and lidar. This paper proposes a multi-sensor wind speed fusion method. Firstly, Hampel filtering is used for data cleaning, followed by adaptive-weighted Kalman filtering for data fusion. Finally, the wind speed is further corrected based on different wind speed segments. Practical verification shows that the fused data more closely approximates the true wind speed.
