Research on the Construction and Functional Module Coordination Mechanism of a Low-Voltage Self-Healing Platform under a Medium-Low Voltage Collaborative Architecture

This paper investigates the construction methodology and functional module coordination mechanism of a low-voltage self-healing platform within a medium-low voltage collaborative architecture. A nested topology modeling approach is adopted to unify medium and low voltage distribution structures. State consistency and command coordination are maintained through state mapping and mutual exclusion control rules. The platform’s core functions-fault detection, localization, isolation, and restoration-are encapsulated as microservices, with asynchronous communication facilitated by a message-oriented middleware system. A state sequence analysis method is introduced to optimize the self-healing response process. In a typical power distribution simulation environment, the platform achieves an average fault response time of less than 1.5 seconds, fault localization accuracy of $\mathbf{9 6 \%}$, and a fault recovery success rate of $100 \%$, along with excellent coordination accuracy and system resource efficiency. The results demonstrate that the platform possesses strong real-time performance, stability, and autonomous control capabilities, making it well-suited for the selfhealing operational requirements of next-generation power distribution systems.
