Optimization study of dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic proportional valve for exhaust gas control valve
Aiming at the problem of large output force fluctuation and lagging response speed of a certain type of electromagnetic proportional valve for exhaust gas recirculation system, this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of variable front iron surface structure and rear iron section based on the electromagnetic-mechanical coupling characteristics. By constructing an electromagnetic force-mechanical motion coupling model, combined with mesh dependence analysis, boundary condition calibration and parametric simulation, we systematically study the influence of air gap shape (flat, tapered, stepped), spacer ring structure and ergodic iron structure on the dynamic characteristics of the valve. The results show that the proposed optimized structure significantly improves the linearity of electromagnetic force, effectively reduces the amplitude of output force fluctuation, and at the same time shortens the response time from 2.05ms to 1.75ms, with a $17.1 \%$ increase in dynamic response capability. Simulation and test verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the actuating parts of the high-reliability exhaust gas control valve system, and its solenoid-mechanical coupling optimization method has an engineering reference value for the improvement of the dynamic characteristics of similar solenoid-actuated valves.
