Research on Fault Monitoring and Diagnosis Methods for Wind Tunnel Balance
Research on fault monitoring and diagnosis methods for wind tunnel balance is conducted to address the issue of frequent failures during wind tunnel testing. The research focuses on real-time monitoring of hazardous loads before the occurrence of faults and automated fault diagnosis after the occurrence of faults. Among them, real-time monitoring of hazardous loads is based on the principle of stress superposition, and the load monitoring coefficient is calculated to achieve real-time monitoring of the load on the balance. Automated fault diagnosis technology achieves the purpose of fault diagnosis by connecting the diagnostic circuit to the balance measurement bridge, monitoring the changes in resistance values in the diagnostic circuit. Through finite element simulation and calibration verification, the theoretical verification accuracy of the real-time load monitoring method is better than $0.02 \%$, and the calibration verification accuracy is better than $4 \%$, demonstrating high computational accuracy. By simulating the circuit to verify the fault of the balance bridge, the fault diagnosis results are accurate, which can guide the direction of troubleshooting and reduce troubleshooting time.
