Research on Business Quality Evaluation Scheme Based on Cloud Services
In recent years, China Mobile has embarked on a digital transformation journey, forming a matrix of distinctive services centered around various emerging technologies. Quality evaluation data for key and emerging services is collected based on the characteristics of each service using various traditional dedicated hardware devices. However, with the rapid expansion of services, issues such as slow business expansion, difficult deployment, and limited data collection have become prominent in traditional evaluation methods. Amid the rapid maturation of cloud services, this paper analyzes the characteristics, key indicators, data collection methods, and bearer types of various business scenarios to develop a business quality evaluation scheme based on cloud services. This scheme enables centralized collection and analysis of quality data across various services.
