Study on Extraction Algorithm of Flavonoids from Toona Sinensis Leaves Based on Shunt HPLC Chromatographic Images
This study presents an extraction algorithm for flavonoids from Toona sinensis leaves, based on high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) images. The flavonoids are separated using HPLC, and an automatic extraction algorithm is developed by integrating chromatographic image processing. The algorithm accurately identifies chromatographic peaks, analyzes the retention time and response intensity of the compounds, and extracts flavonoids from Toona sinensis leaves. To enhance extraction efficiency, the algorithm optimizes shunt parameters and chromatographic conditions, ensuring effective separation and extraction of the target compounds. Experimental results demonstrate that this method significantly improves the flavonoid extraction rate while maintaining high accuracy and stability. The approach offers a novel technical solution for the analysis and extraction of flavonoids from Toona sinensis leaves, providing valuable theoretical support for the quality control of related plant extracts.
