Research on Unlabeled Data Classification Based on Domain Adaptation Algorithms

With the widespread use of unlabeled data, how to effectively classify such data has become an important research topic in the field of machine learning. Domain adaptation algorithms, as an effective method to overcome distribution differences between domains, have been widely applied to the problem of unlabeled data classification. This paper investigates the issue of unlabeled data classification based on domain adaptation algorithms. First, a review of domain adaptation algorithms and their applications in unlabeled data classification is provided, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing methods. Then, a new domain adaptation algorithm framework is proposed, optimizing data representation through feature selection and preprocessing methods, and constructing a classifier model suitable for unlabeled data classification. Experimental validation on several public datasets shows that the proposed model effectively improves the accuracy of unlabeled data classification and performs well in practical applications. Finally, the main contributions of the research are summarized, and future research directions are discussed.
