Research on Image Data Augmentation Based on the Imgaug Library

In the fields of image recognition and machine learning, data augmentation is crucial for enhancing the generalization ability of models. Traditional data augmentation techniques suffer from the problem of being disconnected from real-world application scenarios. Based on the open-source Python library ImgAug, this paper conducts augmentation processing on images in different scenarios, aiming to explore image enhancement methods that are more in line with reality and provide reliable technical support for related fields.

Abstract

In the fields of image recognition and machine learning, data augmentation is crucial for enhancing the generalization ability of models. Traditional data augmentation techniques suffer from the problem of being disconnected from real-world application scenarios. Based on the open-source Python library ImgAug, this paper conducts augmentation processing on images in different scenarios, aiming to explore image enhancement methods that are more in line with reality and provide reliable technical support for related fields.
