Exposure of electroporated Aiptasia larvae to Symbiodiniaceaen algae v1

This protocol describes how to expose larvae developed from electroporated zygotes 2 d post fertilization to the compatible Symbiodiniacaean algal strain SSB01 (Breviolum minutum) for 3 d, incubate them for three more days in algal-free medium and assess for establishment and/or maintenance of symbiosis afterwards. In addition, the protocol describes the optional precise assessment of survival.
