Salud Mental y Discriminación en Entornos Laborales: Un Abordaje Integrador desde la ACT y la Terapia Sistémica
This review article examines the relationship between mental health and workplace discrimination, integrating theoretical and practical contributions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Systemic Therapy. The aim was to analyze how these approaches can contribute to understanding and addressing the psychological effects of workplace discrimination, as well as to promoting more inclusive environments. A systematic review methodology was applied following PRISMA guidelines, considering studies published between 2019 and 2025 in databases such as Scopus, PubMed, and Redalyc, prioritizing Spanish-language and highly relevant scientific research. The selected studies were analyzed in four categories: psychological impact, coping strategies, organizational factors, and intervention proposals. Findings reveal that workplace discrimination significantly increases the risk of depression, anxiety, and stress, affecting productivity and talent retention; and that ACT and Systemic Therapy offer effective frameworks for intervention, fostering resilience and improving organizational climate. This analysis provides a solid foundation for future research and the design of inclusive workplace policies.
