ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN LIMBAH B3 PADA PROSES PENGANGKUTAN DALAM RANGKA EFESIENSI PADA PT PRATAMA KARYA NUGRAHA

This study aims to analyze hazardous waste (B3) transportation management at PT Pratama Karya Nugraha to support operational efficiency. The main issues include Festronik system failures that hinder digital manifest input, limited fleet capacity, and service area restrictions imposed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK). The limitations of this research are its focus on a single B3 waste transporter, a short observation period, and reliance on data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The study contributes strategic recommendations such as digital risk mitigation, route optimization, alternative SOP development, and strengthened cross-functional coordination. The research applies a qualitative approach with data triangulation in terms of sources, techniques, and time. Data were collected through interviews with the CEO, general manager, and drivers; field observations; and document analysis. The results indicate that hazardous waste transportation has been carried out in accordance with SOPs, yet efficiency remains hampered by information system disruptions. Recommendations include internal training, emergency procedures, and the implementation of digital-based technical and administrative monitoring systems.
