ANALYSIS OF INCIDENTS DURING CHEMICAL SUPPLY
This article discusses important and topical issues related to such a technological process as dosing or feeding of chemical reagents at hazardous production facilities. In the conditions of modern, developing production, where safety is one of the priorities, modern dosing methods, the necessary set of equipment for dosing, controlled process parameters, possible chemical reagents that are fed into the original environment are studied. It is shown how and in what area certain methods are used, their shortcomings are assessed, which allows identifying potential risks that may arise during operation, already at this stage. The legislative possibility of using automatic and manual dosing depending on the characteristics of the energy potential of explosion hazard of production is studied, which is an important aspect for compliance with industrial safety and labor protection standards.Examples of accidents and incidents at petrochemical, oil refining, chemical and other types of industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation from 2010 to 2025 are given, including a block for feeding or transporting various chemical reagents. An analysis of possible circumstances of incidents has been conducted, which include equipment failure to operate normally, hazardous organizational working conditions, and hazardous actions of workers whose activities are related to hazardous substances. Statistical processing of causes of accidents and incidents related to the supply of chemical reagents has been performed, and the main types of risks for both personnel and the environment have been identified. As a result, measures have been developed on the basis of federal norms and rules to prevent such incidents, which make it possible to supplement the internal regulations of companies and significantly increase the level of safety at work.
