CREATION OF MODELS FOR CORRECTNESS AND SPEED OF PERSONNEL RESPONSE TO EMERGENCY SITUATIONS DEPENDING ON THE FUNCTIONAL STATE

One of the main tasks of ensuring the safety of hazardous production facilities is to build barriers to the occurrence and development of emergency situations. The primary link in building such barriers is the personnel of hazardous production facilities, their competencies and readiness to apply them in emergency conditions, including in conditions of limited time and resources. Reducing this activity to clearly regulated actions within the framework of current rules and instructions and, ultimately, to appropriate knowledge tests and emergency training, even with subsequent analysis, is not always able to provide a clear understanding of the effectiveness of response in a real emergency situation. The issues of determining the readiness of personnel to perform work tasks at hazardous production facilities are directly linked to their readiness to respond to abnormal and emergency situations. In turn, the processes of personnel response are largely based not only on the competencies that they must have in accordance with regulatory and legal acts, but also on the ability to implement them in an extreme situation. Individual stable psychophysiological manifestations can have a direct impact on the decision-making of a specific person. In a situation where the response efficiency depends on teamwork, this effect of influence is significantly enhanced. Thus, it is necessary to highlight two key aspects of preparation: constant training in order to reduce stress-forming factors of an emergency situation and taking into account the current functional state of personnel at the time of performing official duties. The response efficiency itself is assessed simultaneously by two criteria: the correctness of actions and the time spent on them. The article is devoted to the principles of constructing two-factor models for taking into account the parameters of the current functional state of personnel based on previously obtained experimental data and the dependencies identified by them. The results of a study of the working personnel of well overhaul teams as an example of classic teamwork in performing production tasks were used as a basis.
