KAJIAN ANALISIS KENYAMANAN SIRKULASI BERDASARKAN AKSES, TATA LETAK, DAN ORGANISASI RUANG PADA TEATER DAGO TEA HOUSE

The Dago Tea House Theater is a significant center for arts and culture in the city of Bandung. Serving as a public venue for the community to enjoy performances, the Dago Tea House Theater must ensure user comfort within its theater area. This research aims to assess the level of implementation of circulation comfort standards at the facility. Employing a descriptive analysis method, the study utilizes interview, observation, and literature review approaches to deepen the analysis between on-site conditions and standards in the literature. Points of analysis include spatial layout, circulation, spatial relationships, spatial form, flow of activities, and signage presence. The results indicate several points that align with standards, while areas not meeting standards will be provided with recommendations for improvement.
