The confrontation between the United States and China in the military-technical sphere: evolution and current state

The article examines the strategy of the political and military leadership of the United States and China in the sphere of defense and security. The modernization of American and Chinese defense in the period under review is aimed at comprehensively increasing the capabilities to counter the entire spectrum of military threats to security, primarily from each other. Particular attention in the article is paid to the consideration of the improvement of the material and technical base for ensuring the national defense of both countries.
