Fair pay for health workers: trends and expectations

The article discusses approaches to regulating the salaries of healthcare workers, including recommendations from the Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations regarding the specifics of establishing salary systems for employees of state and municipal healthcare institutions for 2025. The article analyzes the features of the new salary system for healthcare workers, which is based on a unified approach aimed at ensuring fair differentiation of healthcare workers’ salaries. The article also examines the structure of healthcare workers’ salaries, which includes salary based on qualification groups, as well as compensatory and incentive payments.
