Research on the Construction of English Specialized Exercise Bank in Colleges and Universities Based on Knowledge Mapping
The test bank of English professional examination in colleges and universities plays a great role in students' learning, but the current test bank has deficiencies such as organizing and recommending students' knowledge, which makes it difficult to meet students' requirements for test questions. On this basis, a new learning database is established. Natural Language Processing (NLP) is utilized to extract and tag the knowledge points, to establish a knowledge map of practice questions for the field of college English, and to realize the interconnection between the knowledge points on the basis of association rules and ontology construction. We also propose a homework recommendation method based on the knowledge map, which improves the accuracy and personalization of homework recommendation by combining homework difficulty grading with adaptive learning strategies. The experimental results prove that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of training recommendation, optimize the training path, and improve the training effect.
