Optimisation of the Territorial Planning System of Urban Territories. Reclamation as the Main Direction within the Urbanized Zone Redevelopment Activities

The article studies the activities on reclamation of the disturbed lands and substantiates the importance of this process in the frame of remediation of the urban territories. These activities are aimed at restoring the quality of disturbed lands in the frame of redevelopment. To improve the efficiency of the territorial planning system, the proposals on optimising the land redistribution were provided within the up-to-date consolidated approach to planning large urban spaces, which implies prioritising the territories with high quality indicators.
