The Application of ASD Growth Model to Healthcare Talents Cultivation in Yiyang—Empirical Research Based on Demand Forecasting from 2025 to 2030
To solve the structural problem in the supply and demand of healthcare talents in Yiyang, based on ASD (Adaptive-Systematic-Dynamic) growth model, this paper proposes a three-dimensional analysis strategy, namely adaptive matching, systematic coordination, and dynamic regulation. Grey prediction model (GM (1,1)) and Markov chain correction are adopted to predict the scale of talent demand from 2025 to 2030, and the regulatory effect of the model is tested through system dynamics simulation. It is analyzed that in 2030, Yiyang will face a healthcare talents gap of 21,000, with over 40% of the shortage in smart healthcare positions. ASD growth model can be employed to improve talent adaptability by 26.8% and reduce service lag by 33%. In addition, the paper introduces a digital twin talent pool as well as a three-phase spiral cultivation system, providing theoretical and empirical support for the sustainable development of health and wellness industry in Yiyang.
