A study on the path of digital transformation to drive the development of "cloud fitness" Based on KH Coder text analysis tool

With the improvement of living standards and the transformation of health concepts, sports and fitness has become an indispensable part of modern life. Driven by the wave of digitalization, the sports and fitness industry is undergoing profound changes. This study focuses on “cloud fitness” as an emerging fitness method, and uses KH Coder text mining tool to systematically sort out and analyze the relevant literature at home and abroad. The study shows that “cloud fitness”, as a product of the fusion of digital technology and the sports industry, has demonstrated its unique charm in the rapid development. However, the resurgence of traditional offline fitness in the post epidemic era poses a challenge to the sustainable development of “cloud fitness”. Through a multi-dimensional analysis, this study explores the development characteristics of “cloud fitness” and constructs a theoretical framework in the context of digital transformation. At the same time, the study also focuses on key issues such as the balance between technological empowerment and data security, the match between demand differentiation and service precision, and the continuous activation of participation motivation. In this regard, this study proposes the development strategies of technological innovation and demand mining, social operation to expand communication channels, and ecological layout to enhance user experience, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of “Cloud Fitness” and promote the digital transformation of the sports industry.
