Effect of radical radiotherapy dose on the prognosis of limited-stage thoracic small cell carcinoma of the esophagus: A multicenter retrospective trial from China (CHiSCEC)
Neither CCRT nor SCRT was significantly associated with longer survival in LS-SCEC when a higher radiation dose was selected. A lower radiation dose might be a preferable time-dose fraction scheme; however, additional studies are required to validate these findings.
